Ashwagandha Herbal Tonic

You might keep hearing about the herbal tonic Ashwagandha as known as Indian Ginseng. This Ayurvedic healing herb has a ton of health benefits…probably the reason why it has been around for three to four thousand years. In Sanskrit Ashwagandha means “the smell of a horse”. It is indicating that this herb is powerful and imparts the strength of a stallion.

According to Dr. Axe there have been over 200 studies on Ashwagandha’s benefits:
